Stockings, sexy, glamorous and definitely one of the most beautiful garments a woman can wear. Definitely not one a breast cancer survivor might have at the forefront of their minds. However, this being Breast Cancer Awareness month, many people are trying to raise money for the cause, doing what they do. Photographer, Anthony Turano, is doing his bit, with The Stockings Project.
Anthony is has been a successful fashion photographer for the past twelve years and is known for his unique artistic style. Anthony decided to start the project around two years ago. The result is a lingerie lookbook featuring over 78 models from over 5 cities including Montreal, Toronto, New York and Miami. And the best part is that all profits will be donated to The Cure Foundation for Breast Cancer.
The book was launched in Montreal on 1st October 1st, with a second launch in Toronto on 21st October. The gorgeous book can be purchased here. Follow The Stockings Project or on Instagram @thestockingsproject.
What a great man, photographer and project! The book is quite beautiful, full of artistic, tasteful, sensual photos. Definitely a talking piece for the coffee table. And as all proceeds go to charity, it’s one to be very proud of too.
